We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review and remove any User-Generated Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms, or that we find otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.
You acknowledge that the generation of content is an automated process and the service provider cannot fully control the output. You agree to use the service at your own risk, especially concerning the potential for generating unintended or offensive content.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
In no event shall the service provider, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
The service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the service provider and its licensors. The underlying 3D generation technology is provided by Trellis 3D and is subject to its own licensing terms (MIT License).
You retain any and all of your rights to any User-Generated Content you submit, post, or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
